Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities Participate in the TPM for all equipment and facilities, focusing on the automation domain and PLC software applied to the equipment. Electrical control line of the equipment PLC program line of the equipment. Pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical system lines of the equipment Identify and develop technical control parameters. Identify and develop hardware and software improvements aimed at making operations more efficient. Experience In Automotive Industry Manufacturing/Production Cutting and sewing processes (Desirable) Required Technical Skills Management of APQP (desirable), Suppliers, AutoCAD, interpretation of drawings (automotive type), product specifications, Time and Motion studies, Machines and tools. Management of PLCs, vision sensors, frequency drives, design and calculation of electrical panels, communication protocols, analysis and logical thinking for troubleshooting.
