**¿Eres un Business Analyst con experiência en Salesforce y buscas un nuevo reto en Ciudad de México?**Estamos creciendo y buscamos incorporar un **Perfil Senior de Business Analyst** que quiera sumarse a una implantación estratégica **de forma local**, trabajando presencial **desde las oficinas del cliente en Cdmx.****¿Qué harás?**Serás el **Focal Point** entre negocio y tecnología, asegurando que cada necesidad del cliente se traduzca en una solución efectiva dentro del ecosistema Salesforce.**Responsabilidades clave**:✔ Gestión de proyectos bajo metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban)✔Análisis de procesos de negocio y definición de requisitos✔Interacción constante con stakeholders: cliente, analistas, desarrolladores✔Manejo de Plataforma Salesforce por más de 6 años, particularmente en Naturgy✔Acompañamiento en decisiones sobre Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)✔Análisis de datos y creación de reportes✔Coordinación de pases a producción**Lo que ofrecemos**:Modalidad híbrida en Ciudad de MéxicoHorario flexible entre 9 y 18 h (a acordar)Inglés intermedio deseableContrato **modalidad contractor**Salario **en dólares**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $32,000.00 - $37,000.00 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
