Inter-Con employs over 25,000 security personnel worldwide, trained and managed by a team of professionals with unsurpassed military, law enforcement, and security experience.- Inter-Con is Everywhere Security Matters._The Contracts Team Lead (SSC) will oversee and guide a group of Salesforce Business Analysts at the Mexico SSC who are responsible for processing, reviewing, and managing client contracts across US operations. This role combines hands-on contract analysis with leadership responsibilities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all contract administration activities. The Team Lead will serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, mentor team members, streamline processes, and partner with internal stakeholders and clients to support successful contract execution and lifecycle management.**Primary Responsibilities: The specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following**:- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Salesforce Analysts, ensuring workload distribution, professional development, and adherence to company standards.- Oversee written analysis and interpretation of contract data, ensuring quality and consistency across the team.- Review and approve the creation and modification of key internal documents and client-facing communications such as quote requests.- Supervise processing of Change Order cases, ensuring timely and accurate responses.- Guide the team in evaluating changes in service, work scope, and contract extensions, preparing appropriate communications for clients and internal staff.- Act as primary interface with internal departments to resolve complex contract issues- Identify/Escalate issues to appropriate leadership and partner with other functional units to drive resolution by recommending innovative, practical solutions - Drive process improvements, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and increase efficiency. - Act as first point of contact for interpersonal and cross-functional concerns**Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.- Prior experience in contract administration with demonstrated leadership or team lead experience.- Proficient at report writing and data manipulation using modern tools, including Excel Pivot Tables, Salesforce Tools, and basic flow charts.- Be a problem solver - Tackle issues that involve people, things, and processes by using logic, common sense, and data. Identify the root cause of a problem as opposed to focusing on the symptoms.- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.- Excellent written and oral communication skills.- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.- Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, changing environment.- Intermediate to advanced Excel and Word skills.- 1 to 3 years of experience with Salesforce and/or CRM systems is required.
