Lionbridge Games is looking for avid gamers and experienced testers.**What You Will Do**:- Play assigned game(s) to completion- Document glitches, bugs, and inaccuracies in specified bug tracking database- Execute pre-written test cases- Rate and/or recommend game, game additions, or modifications- Acquire knowledge on testing methodologies and video game market- Analyze test results, bugs, and usability and contribute to existing testing content documentation- Prepare Test Plans, Test Cases based on client specifications, and prepare reports- Serve as a technical lead contributing to test team- Assist in test environment setup and teardown- Assist in coaching junior staff by helping them to make decisions and solve problems- Serve as the main point of contact for the client and will work with the client to prioritize testing requirements- Be responsible for informally leading a test team on a variety of projects.- Document the basic user level manual, systems manual- Provide feedback on progress and professional growth to team members as well as management**To Be Successful You Will Have**:- Ability to prioritize in a complex and fast-paced environment- Passion for video games- Good interpersonal skills, creativity, efficiency, attention to detail, and good work organization- Strong academic or practical knowledge of QA methodologies and tools, software testing standards, strategies, and the software development cycle- Adept with writing detailed concise bug reports- Proven experience executing test cases; drafting and managing test cases for one or more features- Experience with industry standard test software such as JIRA, TestRail, Confluence, or equivalents- Experience running build files with software suites such as Visual Studio- Minimum 1-2 years of quality assurance- Practiced and analytical problem-solving approach- Preferred higher education in technology**Our People are Our Pride - Benefits and Perks**- Competitive pay based on the work you’ll do here and not your previous salary- Health Coverage for you and your family: Health, Vision, Dental; as well as HSA eligible programs- Paid-Time-Off and 8 Company Paid Holidays- 401k with company match- Free access to Lionbridge’s Employee Wellness Platform and Employee Assistance Program to support both physical and mental health- Earn extra money in your HSA for completing Wellness Incentive goals through employer contributions- Career guidance with learning and development opportunities along the way, backed by Lionbridge’s Internal Mobility and Referral Bonus programs**About Us**:All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.Breaking Barriers.
