Overview:Responsable de establecer y comunicar la estrategia de cobro y previsión de flujo de caja, así como aplicar los cobros de clientes recibidos.**Responsibilities**:- Responsable de vincular los saldos de las cuentas por cobrar de Waters S. A de C.V con sus clientes.- Brindar servicio al cliente con respecto a problemas de cobranza; procesar y revisar ajustes de cuenta, resolver disputas de clientes y pagos cortos.- Responsable de cargar facturas electrónicas de los clientes en los portales, asegurando su aceptación.- Aplicar los pagos recibidos, así como la elaboración de su complemento de pago.- Entregar facturas impresas y comprobante de entrega a los clientes para programar el pago de acuerdo con las condiciones de pago negociadas con Waters S. A de C.V- Participación en proyectos globales, y auditoría interna.- Responsable de las liberaciones de órdenes bloqueadas por posible excedente en la línea de crédito o por vencimiento.- Realizar Estados de Cuenta de clientes mensuales desde SAP.- Responsable de realizar reportes mensuales apegados a las políticas corporativas.- Cumplir con las políticas, procedimientos y directrices, corporativas y nacionales.- Cumplir con las Buenas prácticas aplicables.Qualifications:- Al menos 3 años de experiência en el puesto de Crédito y Cobranza.- Experiência en emisión de recibos de cobro.- Experiência en trato con auditores internos y externos.- Experiência con SOX y matrices de control.Company Description:Waters Corporation (NYSE:WAT) is a global leader in analytical instruments, separations technologies, and software, serving the life, materials, food, and environmental sciences for over 65 years.
