Job Description:Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the worldAs Pricing Analyst, you will play a key role for Standard & Deviated prices follow up in the division of Safety and Industrial Pricing LATAM. In this role you will be able to Guarantee the correct price set up in the system and price approval processes according to Framework process and under the SLA established.The impact you will make in this role- You will drive the corresponding validations to guarantee the correct price set up in the system.- Work with the area team to provide feedback for area pricing tools as well as assist in any necessary tool improvement- Collaborate closely with pricing team members across business units to improve pricing efficiency.- Validate and guarantee the correct Standard, deviated or promotions price request through Safety and Industrial APP tool according to the Standard or Deviated Prices Framework.- Data validation in legacy systems (Active SKU (3M Product ID), active customer ID and unavailability of the price into the system, requested price and currency according to the SKU Country List Price.- Generate Salesforce case and approval gathering, fulfil TPO tool template according to the region responsibility, upload the prices of cases approved & close the case request into Safety and Industrial APP tool.- Participate in Quarterly pricing planning meetings, to attend any doubts and do follow up with Safety and Industrial pricing supervisor of any communication from Business group Commercial Center during the meeting.- Validate and upload Off cycle promotions.- Follow up the processing Monthly Nonworking Inventory promotions received from Commercial Operations area.- Update massive, deviated prices (April and October according to the Pricing Global Calendar).Your Skills and Expertise- Required bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineer, finance and other related to the role.- Minimum one year of related experience.- Intermediate/advanced English.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:- Analytics skills desire in Power BI.- Requires a high knowledge of Salesforce, Excel.- Service Attitude._- Process Innovation._- Ability to work well across functions and commercial areas, build effective teams.- High level of autonomy and data-driven decision-making capacity.- Ability to deliver business results and keep the focus on driving customer value. willingness to assume personal ownership and accountability.- Proactively take actions on problems and opportunities.- Supporting Your Well-being- 3M offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
