This role will also be expected to function as a lead role to coordinate technical work and set overall network strategies. Other responsibilities include the delivery of Network infrastructure services, hardware provisioning, vendor selection, acquisition, Tier 2 problem resolution, managing projects that provide set-up, integration, testing and installation of network solutions. At times there will be a need to coordinate with locations in other countries that will require discussions or meeting attendance outside of normal working hours.**What You'll Do**- Responsible for global network architecture, as well as the support, maintenance and standardization of Global Palo Alto Firewalls, ACI & Cloud network Infrastructure.- Creates standard procedures, documentation, and architectural design for installation, administration, and testing of routers, switches, cabling, and other related network components/equipment.- Plans, recommends, and implements Enterprise Network (LAN/WAN/SD-WAN) systems and services solutions, and provides traffic analyses, capacity planning and network system designs as required.- Perform engineering of system architectures, requirements analysis, including system performance test and verification to predict and define problems, and define/design actionable corrective measures, and operational implementation.- Assist in motivating and growing the Network Engineering team to its next level of maturity, agility and scalability, and help define capabilities and processes to address network needs in tactical and strategic terms.- Remains informed of new technical developments and trends in the industry, make recommendations to management on desirable network solutions and opportunities, and lastly research, evaluate and document new products and tools.- Engage and solve technical issues as an escalation for both operational and project issues.- Other related duties may be assigned.**Minimum Qualifications**- CCNP, CCDA, CCSP, CCIE (One or more preferred)- CISSP, (ISSAP, ISSEP, ISSMP), GIAC, CISM, SSCP, CEH, CHS-III, TICSA, ISSPCS:P, CCSA, CIWSA, CCS a plus (Preferred but not required)- ITILv3 Foundation (preferred, but not essential)- Proved experience with Palo Alto Firewalls, URL Filtering, Global Protect, Wildfire, Threat Prevention, Disaster Recovery Services and Procedures- Project management experience of international complex multi-sites.- Must have experience of managing 3rd party suppliers & service providers across multiple sites & countries- Language: English - fluently, both written and verbal*****REQUIRED SKILLS**:- Proved experience with Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco ACI Networking and integration for Datacenters, Cisco Wireless Design for Manufacturing, Cloud Networking, Cisco Nexus Core Design, SAN Technologies (Cisco MDS), WAN integration (BGP/MPLS), LAN architecture for Manufacturing, Global Network Design, etc.- Proficient in handling the most complex of technical development concepts, latest software tools and technologies, strong database concepts and designing techniques.- Experience in troubleshooting and ability to understand and implement client requirements.- Experience in partnering with business leaders on developing and driving global initiatives.- High Level interpersonal and leadership skills; must be able to influence and coach across multiple levels within the company and locations; including establishing global partnerships.- Demonstrated understanding of regulatory environments- Demonstrated business acumen- Change management leadership capability- Experience with acquisition integration preferred.- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite and other ERP systems, such as Oracle.- Advanced problem-solving skills.- Ability to assume leadership duties in leading implementation and/or design- Advanced communication skills, written and verbally with the ability to communicate and present across all levels of the business- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to follow written & verbal instructions- Balance specialization and cross-functional expertise*****About You**- Analytical and results oriented with excellent organizational skills- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and dynamic with positive service attitude- Easily adapts to differing cultures- Confident & Customer Service focused; have extreme confidentiality.- Ability to work and thrive in a highly collaborative, and dynamic environment- Passionate about continuous learning and certification in industry best practices; willing to lean from others and share knowledge among the team- Strong, resilient individual capable of dealing with the typical tensions that arise within an IT service environment- Ability to travel Internationally as defined by the BusinessLI-MC1
