Your processes and projects will directly contribute to DiDi growth in LATAMRole Responsibilities:- Design and implement initiatives for new user conversion, being able to leverage data for the decision making process.- Manage the design and execution of incentives, communications and product developments needed for new driver conversion, ensuring awareness and education needed by new users to complete their registration process.- Be primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations and prioritizing operations to deliver results, whilst constantly working along cross-functional teams (Marketing, Legal, City Operations, Product, etc) and external vendors.- Define and manage data dashboards to monitor national performance of driver conversion and vendor performance.- Wide international scope, including Spanish Speaking LatAm countries.- Constantly generate knowledge through experimental testing.Role Qualifications:- Currently studying Engineering, Computer science, Actuary or any related degree.- Strong Spreadsheets skills (Excel / Google Sheets) are a must, other database experience is highly desired. Comfortable about learning and using new software tools.- Passion for analytics and programming, with knowledge/experience in SQL (Nice to have: Python, R, etc.)- Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.- Effective communicator.
