Engineering Manager

An engineering manager in GPE MTY will be responsible of 15+ engineers to develop the engineer skills to perform commissioning and administrative activities in multiple projects mainly in United States. Provide effective coaching and technical guidance, and communicate as necessary with all levels of management, customers, and subcontractors on the program team.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Controls).- Minimum of 3-5 years of successful experience in a directly related field. Demonstrated leadership capabilities in current role.Previous mgt experience not required- Excellent leadership, teamwork, influencing, mentoring, coaching, and interpersonal skills.- Analytical, organization, and time management skills.- Effective communication skills including demonstrated stand-up presentation skills, group facilitation, and ability to effectively interact with customers.- PC skills with demonstrated knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.- Ability to work individually and under mínimal supervision to include a mixture of both remote and office environments leading distributed workforce.- Travel up to 50% to the customer site, other Dematic offices or identified locations for meetings, training and business needs.LI-AM1
