In this fully remote role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, responsible for scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, conducting follow-ups, and supporting the clinical and administrative teams. Your work will directly impact the quality of patient care by ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency throughout the patient journey.**Key Responsibilities**:- Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments using electronic health record systems.- Verify insurance coverage and obtain pre-authorizations when required.- Handle medical record requests and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.- Conduct appointment reminders, patient follow-ups, and reactivation outreach.- Support patient billing follow-ups with a respectful and service-oriented approach.- Educate patients pre-surgery and collect feedback post-procedure to enhance care quality.- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions.- Collaborate with clinical, billing, and administrative teams to deliver seamless service.- Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or healthcare contact center.- Proficient in electronic scheduling and medical record systems.- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.- Familiarity with insurance verification and authorization processes.- Maintains a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.Join a supportive, patient-centered team and make a real difference from the comfort of your home.
