Our commitment to cost-benefit advantages and hiring top talent ensures that businesses achieve optimal financial outcomes and reduce operational costs.**Job Description** Data Entry Clerk Job Duties and Responsibilities**- Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database.- Input text-based and numerical information from source documents.- Enter data into billing system.- Search for and investigate information contained in files.- Review data for deficiencies or errors.- Assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry.- Update customer information in database.- Organize existing data in a spreadsheet.- Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.- Operate common office equipment, like scanners and printers.- Perform regular database backups to secure data.- Provide occasional administrative support.- Sort and organize hard copies of paperwork after entering data electronically.- Provide data entry support across departments on an ad-hoc basis.- Type in data quickly and efficiently.**Additional Information**All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
