Role Responsibilities Manage, lead and develop annual and long‑term financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, collaborating with leadership. Manage annual budget negotiations and update accordingly during the year, providing the right visibility to stakeholders and establishing the discipline required to improve the annual budgeting process.럼tag> Analyze financial and operational data, identify trends, risks lógica and opportunities, and prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Develop and maintain complex financial models for various business scenarios, potential investments, and business cases. Create financial models, dashboards, and detailed reports for senior management. Share frequent reports and updates with key stakeholders on time. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business drivers and provide insights to CX Ops leaders and key support functions to improve performance. Work closely with department heads and senior leadership to formulate strategic plans, align financial goals with business objectives, and provide actionable insights. Define and establish solid governance with key stakeholders from CX and business lines to improve_SEQUENCE visibility and alignment throughout the year. Identify and implement process improvements in planning, reporting, and financial systems (ERP, FP&A software, BI tools) to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Build trust and strengthen relationships with Finance BPs and key business leaders. Oversee and mentor a team of financial analysts, promoting continuous improvement in financial processes and system. Develop and build a high‑performing team. Role Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is essential, with a CPA, CA, CFA, or MBA often highly preferred. 5‑10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, minimum 2‑3 years in an FP&A leadership or management role. Expert financial modeling and analytical skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, encompassing complex financial modeling, scenario and sensitivity analysis, data cleansing, etc. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Freddy problem-solving abilities.
