Goal of this Position:To leading the wireharness-cable assembly business with the following roles and responsibilities: support cable assembly operations are performed defect-free manner by establishing production lines; with equipment, fixtures, tooling and safety standards to support the capacity and workloads.- Work within the parameters of the QM System to help achieve general and company-specific quality efforts and growth goals specifically in wireharness cable assembly business center. Building a team that will handle everything from quoting to shipping products by guiding during the hiring process, transfer and setup of equipment, and leveraging local and company experts.Tasks and Responsibilities- Expert in cable assembly operations in WHMA/IPC620- Managing the purchase/transfer of equipment along with Ramon/Thomas- Leading the installation of the machines, leveraging local experts- Leading the quote process, using developed tools from LK, help from the procurement team- Process Owner of Wireharness Business- Support Quote team- Technical department (wireharness)- Production (wireharness)- Test development (wireharness)- Ability to read and follow wire harness assembly instructions- Establish tools and fixtures for assembly using wire layout boards- Develops functional and continuity tests of wire harnesses and cable assemblies- Familiar with welding, soldering, twisting, wrapping and terminating cable processes.- Develop visual and dimensional inspections of in-process assemblies and finished products- Support other operators on-the-job-training as operators need to support skills set to perform a tasksRequired Knowledge Skills and Abilities- Wire harness assembly experience highly preferred- Automotive or industrial familiarity with industry practices.- Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical engineer degree- English 80%- Knowledge of IPC-A-620- Personnel Management - lead and developing people- Advanced Skills in stripping, cutting, crimping, and quality test equipment for cable assembly- Ability to read wire list and discern multiple color wires, contacts and components. - KEYTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: A partir de $1.00 la horaHorario:- DiurnoExperiência:- Arneses: 4 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Ingles avanzado (Obligatorio)
