By solving today’s challenges while constantly asking ‘what’s next?’ So, what’s next in your future?**What will you do?**- Identify and implement improvement opportunities in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Reporting tools- Design and implement a governance model for new reporting requirements and changes- Partner with the regional Tax & Statutory team to improve the internal/external processes- Initiate enhancements of Business Intelligence and Reporting tools- Provides monthly/quarterly reports and analysis of financial and performance KPIs.- Develop implementation plans for different types of projects.- Implement and work with Business Intelligence Tools, Dashboard reports and provide real-time analysis- Creates reports and dashboards in Power BI- Develop, standardize, and automate reporting tools- Ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.- Defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.- Develops a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.- Prepares Financial Reports & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in diverse Microsoft Tools, such as PowerBi & Sway.- Communicate and monitor the status of obligations under Tax & Statutory scope (audits, tax returns, statistical reports).- Develop business-focused financial and performance reports.- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators.- Monitor the progress of projects using reporting tools.- Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation.- Support the coordination and preparation of the quarterly forecasting process for all Legal Entities in the JCI group.- Establish an adequate interaction level with the BUF, FP&A, and TAX leads.- Supports the MoM & YoY PTBI variance analysis in the forecast cycles by Legal Entity.- Helps with analyzing all recorded/expected ICO transactions and their reconciliation per LE (IC rent, IC interest loans, royalties, etc.)- Partner with the FP&A leads of the different BU’s business segments to understand and determine: o The proper allocation of multiple service fees (management, engineering, and BU fees) across the segments with a dual dimension: a) group (BU) b) Legal Entity. o The reconciliation between group (BU) and Legal Entity profitability (allocation of tasks, hedges, and unique corporate transactions).**What are we looking for?**- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.- Minimum 2 years of experience in information systems, finance, accounting, or relevant areas.- Fluent in English.- Hyperion & OneStream Knowledge (Enterprise/HFM)- Excellent oral and written communication, organizational and planning skills.- SharePoint basic knowledge (SharePoint Designer, custom list, workflows, subsites, document library).- Microsoft Office Suite Applications basic knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Planner, or Sway).- Microsoft Office Excel medium to advance knowledge (use of formulas like sumif, vlookup, if, etc., as well as create Pivot table)- Power BI basic knowledge (DAX, Power Query, custom visuals, measurements, dashboards, model data, publish & share).- Johnson Controls does not request pregnancy or HIV testing as a requirement for admission, permanence or promotion._
