**Job Title**: Cloud Data & AI Engineer**Location**: Mexico City, Mexico (Hybrid)**Job Type**: Full time**Job Summary****Key Responsibilities**- Design, build, and deploy scalable **Machine Learning** and **Generative AI** solutions across multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of **cloud-based data and AI strategies**.- Architect and implement **resilient, secure, and scalable systems** with a focus on observability, automation, and compliance.- Champion best practices in **DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)**, and **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)**.- Develop and enforce **security protocols**, governance policies, and compliance standards for AI and data workloads.- Drive **automation initiatives** using tools such as **Terraform**, **Ansible**, and **Packer** to support CI/CD and immutable infrastructure.- Implement **Chaos Engineering** methodologies to validate and enhance system resilience.- Create, manage, and optimize **Jenkins pipelines** for continuous integration and delivery.- Build and maintain robust **monitoring and observability frameworks** using tools like **Splunk**, **AppDynamics**, and custom telemetry solutions.- Design and lead **on-premise to cloud migration projects**, ensuring mínimal disruption and adherence to industry best practices.- Manage and integrate with a variety of technologies, including containers (e.g., Docker), APIs, middleware, databases, networks, and storage systems.**Required Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science**, **Systems Engineering**, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in **cloud engineering**, **machine learning**, and **AI development**.- Proven expertise with **AWS**, **GCP**, and **Azure** platforms.- Strong foundation in **observability**, **system architecture**, **security**, and **DevOps/SRE** practices.**Hands-on experience with**:- **Terraform**, **Ansible**, **Packer**- **CI/CD pipelines** (e.g., Jenkins)- **Monitoring and logging tools** (e.g., Splunk, AppDynamics)- **Containers** and **API-first design**- In-depth understanding of AI governance, ethical AI practices, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.- Experience with **Design Thinking** in technology solutioning.- Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading **cloud and AI transformation initiatives**.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.**Preferred Qualifications**- Master’s degree or certification in cloud platforms or AI/ML (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, GCP Professional Data Engineer).- Experience working in **regulated industries** (e.g., healthcare, finance).- Familiarity with **Security as Code**, **Pipeline as Code**, and **Configuration as Code** approaches.- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation through **GenAI** use cases and enterprise-grade AI deployments.Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
