Oracle Cloud Senior Technical Consultant Join to apply for the Oracle Cloud Senior Technical Consultant role at Argano Job Description We are looking for an Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant for our values implementation clients. Possessing experience in Oracle Cloud HCM & ERP and having a very strong technical skill set in creating integrations and extensions as per business requirements, the role will require the candidate to work independently, demonstrating expertise and strong ability to convert functional specifications into workable and robust solutions using technical toolsets in Oracle Fusion HCM and/or ERP, including ability to conduct and present proof of concepts. Experience Range Experience Range: 5 – 9 Years Position Requirements Candidate MUST have experience in SQL Candidate MUST have experience in HCM Data Loader, HCM Extract, Fast Formula & Template. Experience in OIC & integration technologies would be a plus. Experience in VBS is preferred. Experience in OTBI is preferred. Candidates are expected to work independently in a group. Ability to train & develop other colleagues. Desired Knowledge End to end implementation/managed support experience of Oracle cloud applications. Effective communication skills and ability to interact with external teams or clients. Experience in working with clients / USA counterparts in understanding their business requirements and providing the right solutions. Functional knowledge in any of the Oracle HCM or ERP Cloud Fusion areas is desired. Ability to work in a collaborative and transparent environment including onsite offshore model. Fluency in English, strong verbal, and written communication skills. Self-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or intervention. Good interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills. Having high integrity and who values time.
