We empower our employees to challenge the status quo, make bold recommendations, experiment, and adapt, so we can grow together and make a great business even better.As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will report directly to the Director of Trade Management & Customer Forecasting/International DFR (Deductions from Revenue).Flexible location in Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Peru, Colombia, Costa Rica and Mexico.**What You’ll Do for Us**:- Contractual Commitment Tracking for 16 Countries in Latin America and Caribbean, covering local franchise & LATAM customers with over $300MM in Direct marketing Investment (DMI), also known as Deductions from Revenue (DFR)- Review of customer conditions associated with individual contracts, working with the Key Account Managers (KAMs) to ensure accuracy- Ensure we have the correct Net Revenues and Volume for analysis, using a combination of tools available and discussions with KAMS and/or finance.- Implement new or additional controls over deliverables to assure reduction in errors and increase quality metrics- Partner with our 3rd Party provider to provide support and direction as needed- Analyze the variances to prior RE/Plan/Prior Year, working with KAMs and finance team on explanations and possible R&Os- Responsible for providing advanced analytical support of Customer Contract Tracking (CCT) process- Identify and advise on improvement and simplification opportunities on processes.- Ensures quality of information provided to stakeholders, reviewing in a great level of detail all the Customers performance across LATAM and communicate with the Key Accounts Managers or other area if is needed for clarification (i.e.: Consistency vs. history of Customer/Channel, ratio of investments, main variances focusing on the materiality and explanations).- Pre and Post CCT analysis- Support the LATAM Customer Finance Team in preparing for the CCT process monthly and quarterly, as well as some Ad Hoc analysis- Networks across the Financial Services Commercial Finance hub to ensure that successful practices are shared and employed to drive efficiency.- Prepare for and collaborate with the LATAM OU on the Annual Business Planning process- Key Account Payment Process (Brazil only) support as needed- Assist in Power BI tool development and reporting- Identify process improvement opportunities for both process and system/tools- Organize and implement various projects and initiatives as required- Effectively manage all controls and Governance related to the process- Lead routines with 3rd Party provider team to improve Customer processes deliverables quality and timeliness- Ensure that we have the update current SOP of CCT to enhance service provided by 3rd Party provider.- Take CCT to the next level by providing analysis by Customer / Bottler, automating the input data template to provide managerial views, and reducing KAM’s workload, while providing information of YTD performance on a monthly basis.**Qualifications & Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, Business, or related financial studies.- Preferred CPA or master’s degree.- 3+ years financial, accounting, or related experience- Excellent analytical and technical skills- Advanced Microsoft Excel required- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Capability to work virtually across cultures- Strong demonstration of business acumen, financial competency, global mindset, effective communication, systems proficiency, change adaptability, flexibility, being able to operate in ambiguous situations, business partnership and collaboration, and innovation.- Advanced communication and influence skills in the context of both external business partners (our bottlers) and internal leadership- Ability to quickly learn and understand business strategies, objectives, processes**_ Preferred_**- Power BI intermediate/expert user- Commercial and/or customer finance experience- CPG industry experience preferred**What We Can Do For You**- An excellent opportunity to learn and manage customer DFR and financial information in conjunction with LATAM OU Finance and Key Accounts, as well as the Commercial Finance Team- Networking through collaboration with multiple organizations such as Platform Services, LATAM OU, and Genpact (My suggestion is to- Empowerment and growth enablement- Leadership skills development- Iconic & Innovative Brands: Our portfolio represents over 250 products with some of the most popular brands in the world, including
