The team is responsible for the following areas of IT:- Collaboration, Document Storage and Workflow Services- Microsoft Office 365 (Mail, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Forms, Power Automate etc.)- Cloud Services, Mail&Calendar- Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange Online-OnPrem/Outlook)- Azure AD- Microsoft Defender- Mimecast (Desirable)- O365 PowerShell ScriptingThe Senior Engineer will assist with the design, development, implementation and support of AstraZeneca IT Infrastructure technology. Working under guidance of more senior employees, the role holder will be involved in analyzing requirements, implementing components of solutions as well as supporting solution enhancements and maintenance, which may require a close collaboration with third party suppliers. The Associate IT Infrastructure Engineer will adhere to the established AstraZeneca lifecycle methodology and practices. This may include maintaining program libraries and technical documentation of individual components within solutions.You must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and be able to take a leading role in a dynamic IT project and support team supplying industry-standard technology solutions across the globe.**Role and Responsibilities**- Administration and support of collaboration tools in Office 365 platform ( exchange, One drive, teams, SharePoint) Box, DocuSign, Adobe sign ).- Develops technical expertise and shares knowledge as required with project teams working on the development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of IT Infrastructure Operations solutions- Provides support in reviewing technical designs and ensuring adherence to the AZ Architecture Roadmap, Information Services Strategy and High-Level Designs, as well as regulatory requirements and standards- Provides support with performance analysis and document solution components- Gathers and collates management reporting information on existing infrastructure solutions and services- Performs maintenance and support activities, routine analysis and evaluation on resource requirements necessary to maintain and/or expand service levels- Supports investigations of problems within existing solutions utilizing ITIL V3.0 principles**Essential** Skills and experience**- Collaboration, Document Storage and Workflow ServicesMicrosoft Office 365 (Mail, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Forms, Power Automate etc.)Cloud Services, Mail&CalendarMicrosoft Office 365 (Exchange Online-OnPrem/Outlook)Azure ADMicrosoft DefenderMimecast (Desirable)O365 PowerShell Scripting- Well versed in ITIL V3.0 practices and process- Good communication skills supporting joint working with geographically remote colleagues**Desirable** Skills and experience**- Degree level education in computer science or similar- Good commercial awareness and understanding of the external market- Demonstrate initiative, strong customer orientation, and cross-cultural working
