**Descripción**:**Dresden Partners** experts in web technology, UX / UI, mobile and software development, with specialized near-shore staffing, tech international and local tech sourcing services. We are looking for talent for the position**:Business Systems Analyst - Onsite GDL****Requirements**:- 3 years of experience.- Analyze and translate complex business requirements into development stories.- Facilitate and participate in design, white-boarding sessions to ensure prioritized business needs are met.- Provide support for system production issues, change requests and maintenance.- Maintain knowledge documentation.- Facilitate Scrum meetings, including Daily Scrum, Backlog grooming and sprint retrospective meetings.** (JIRA)**:- Familiarity with ServiceNow for managing tickets/queues and assignment of work.- Resource/capacity planning ensure we’re maximizing team throughput- **Experience with IAM working with SailPoint, IdentityNow, Microsoft Technology Stack (Must)**:- English advanced (mandatory).**Offer**:- SGMM- Savings fund 13%- Food vouchers 10%- Life policy- Dental policy- Holidays 12 days- Christmas bonus 30 days**Requisitos**:- English advanced (mandatory).- Experience with IAM working with SailPoint, IdentityNow, Microsoft Technology Stack (Must)
