Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams, which build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add Jr Business Systems Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus.Reporting to the Business Systems Analyst the Jr Business Systems Analyst role oversee exploring complex business problems to solve them designing the framework and process, troubleshooting technical malfunctions, risk research working with stakeholders and delivering a viable and consistent solution.What a typical day looks like:- Act as first point of contact between the customer and IT.- Record occurrences and resolutions of first level support incidents.- Implementation and register of temporary solutions to failures in IT services.- Physical and technical support form of the main elements of the IT services.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.- Experience working with tickets.- SQL knowledge.- Software and Hardware support.- Operating systems.
