Descripción y detalle de las actividadesResponsible for Process Engineering, Test and Electrical Engineering, New Product Introduction and Transitions, Maintenance and Automation and Engineering Project ManagementLiaison with corporate Engineering to ensure Group strategic initiatives are deployed in our Plant in a timely and effective manner.Ensures safety elements are deployed into manufacturing processes including JSA, Equipment Risk Assessment.Manufacturing documents deployment and controls, such as work instructions, process deviationsCoordinate and deploy engineering change management effectively.Exercise diligent Management of Change on new process and equipment introduction (including layout and plant footprint changes due to manufacturing process needs)Responsible for new process and product qualification process (liaison with group engineering and quality departments)Determining and implementing world class quality control mindset and standards (Control Plan, FMEA, Error proofing)Drives continuous 0improvement on Yield, RTY, Scrap, Downtime and OEE, through lean methodologies (Kaizen, root cause analysis) and management (trend, pareto, actions)Identify productivity opportunities on cycle time improvements, process balancing and equipment/resource utilization.Identify and lead cost down projects related to manufacturing process and equipment reliability expenses.Identify opportunities for new technology to drive process capability as well as operational cost improvements.CAPEX Management in compliance with our finance standardsEnsure production equipment is managed, controlled through or Preventive Maintenance system (Fixx) ensuring preventive maintenance routines are in place, as well as proper controls for spare partsManage and control expenses on Maintenance and Repair, Professional Service, Tooling accounts.Provides leadership and talent development to junior staff including establishing objectives, setting goals, and managing accountability for attaining deliverables.Experiência y requisitos- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience- Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience- Relevant experience leading a Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing process- Strong project planning, communication skills and resource management skills- Ability to work across the organization and various disciplines including Engineering, Operations, Program Office, and Business Development- Experience running multiple complex projects and integrated cross functional teams.- Conflict resolution and negotiating skills.**Qualifications We Prefer**:- Collaborative leadership behaviors that emphasize high goal setting, team empowerment and providing support- Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment- Preferred experience in Electronic and Aerospace industry- VisaBeneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- Fondo de ahorro- Seguro de gastos médicos- Caja de ahorro- Servicios medicos en planta- Comedor- Bono de Puntualidad y Asistencia**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Ingeniería**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
