En HEINEKEN México el límite lo pones tú Lugar: Monterrey Función: Commerce Sub-Función: Commerce - Sales - Wholesale Actividades Principales Asigna mensual y oportunamente los objetivos de: venta, asesoría dinámica y ejecución en el canal y territorio asignado (On Trade). Monitorea constantemente los resultados de cada uno de los Asesores a su cargo. Asigna las metas de ventas, volumen y conquista a cada uno de los Asesores a su cargo. Brinda retroalimentación y apoyo sobre cómo mejorar sus resultados, cumpliendo con el sistema de gestión establecido. Visita el mercado para : Evaluar la ejecución de la película de éxito en los clientes. Brindar retroalimentación inmediata sobre áreas de oportunidades de ejecución. Apoyar directamente en el manejo de conflictos y negociaciones con los clientes. Recolectar la percepción de los clientes sobre la calidad de atención. Elabora el reporte de evaluación y ejecución de la operación de las activaciones de canal. Liderazgo para formar un equipo de trabajo de alto desempeño. Responsable del desarrollo de habilidades funcionales de su personal. Asegura niveles de cartera en sus clientes de acuerdo a lineamientos institucionales.
