TE Connectivity's Product Management Teams manage all aspects of a product, from driving new product development to manufacturing to marketing. They are responsible for overall product strategy, business leadership and capacity plans in order to meet sales and profit targets.**What your background should look like**:** FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES**- **Key Responsibilities****Strategy & Market Insight**- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.- Develop segment strategies, value propositions, and product roadmaps.- Define go-to-market strategies and partner with R&D and Operations on new product development.** Business & Financial Management**- Build and align the annual business plan (sales, margin, pricing).- Define resource needs and ensure cross-functional alignment.- Manage P&L performance of the product portfolio.** New Product Development & Launch**- Lead NPI opportunities and launch planning.- Provide demand forecasts for SIOP.- Support customer engagements and collaborate with Marketing for launch materials.** Post-Launch Execution**- Ensure profitable growth and accurate forecasting.- Support Sales with training and collateral.- Manage product issues and special pricing requests.** Team Leadership**- Lead and develop Regional Product Managers.- Drive succession planning and capability development.** Key Metrics of Success**- Sales growth and market share- Gross margin performance- Inventory and cost reduction targets- On-time NPI execution- Forecast accuracy- Talent development** Required Skills & Competencies**- Strong strategic mindset and business acumen- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership- Ability to organize, prioritize, and drive results- Proficiency with MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce** Qualifications**- 5+ years in product management or sales- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical field, or business- MBA preferred- Experience with utility connectors/fittings a strong plus- Prior team leadership experience-**Competencies**--Motivating Others-Building Effective Teams-Managing and Measuring Work-Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork-SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)**ABOUT TE CONNECTIVITY**- TE Connectivity plc (NYSE: TEL) is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
