We are looking for people like you that would enjoy working with flexibility from home, joining dynamic and challenging digital projects, and embracing our open and diverse culture.**Role Description**:As an AWS Solution Architect at Base22, your primary goal is to lead, manage, and collaborate with a team of professionals to design, implement, and optimize cloud solutions in alignment with organizational goals. The role involves utilizing hands-on experience in AWS to architect, deploy, and manage cloud environments efficiently. This includes driving the migration of on-premises workloads to the cloud while ensuring security, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.**Your responsibilities (including but not limiting)**:- Lead, manage and work with a team of professionals in designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud solutions.- Utilize your hands-on experience in AWS to architect, deploy, and manage cloud environments efficiently.- Drive the migration of on-premises workloads to the cloud while ensuring security, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design AWS solutions that align with organizational goals.- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.- Architect highly available, scalable, and resilient systems on AWS, considering performance, security, and compliance.- Define and implement best practices for cloud infrastructure, security, and operations.- Make informed decisions regarding technology and tool selection, balancing innovation and practicality.**We are looking for someone with**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).- Extensive hands-on experience in AWS, including architecture, deployment, and management of cloud solutions.- Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions and solve complex technical problems.- Expertise in cloud migration, with a track record of successfully transitioning on-premises workloads to the cloud.- AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or related certifications are a plus.- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.- Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and best practices.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies.**Benefits and Perks**:- Law benefits: 100% IMSS, SAR, Infonavit, Aguinaldo, Prima Vacacional- Extra benefits: Major Medical Health Insurance with dental & visual coverage, Fondo de Ahorro, Vales de despensa, and additional compensations- Work remotely from anywhere in Mexico- Flexible work schedule (40 hours basis)- Customized Holiday Calendar US/MX- Extra paid time-off benefits and more- Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave- Support on courses and certifications, mentorship, and book program**Equality Statement**:Our people and our values fuel our results.
