**JOB DESCRIPTION**Hitachi Vantara is searching for a passionate and driven communications professional for its Communications - Culture team. Internal and culture communications support are the primary responsibility of this role - from helping to plan, execute and measure employee experience and culture building programs. The position will report to the Director, Culture Communications.**Key Responsibilities**- Support the execution of virtual community building and cultural awareness programs focusing on diversity - inclusion, health - wellness, and environmental sustainability in a global, virtual setting.- Measurement, reporting and analysis regarding culture communications initiatives and activities.**Job Requirements**- 2-7 years in internal, employee, marketing and/or exec communications, public relations, or related fields- Self-starter, detail oriented, proactive, ability to work both independently and in teams- Demonstrated ability to create high-quality work with limited guidance, delivering results with good judgment in a fast-paced environment- Ability to build trust and interact with execs with confidence, proactively driving desired outcomes- Excellent project and time management skills- Bachelor's degree in relevant field- Strong proficiency with:- MS O365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Forms, SharePoint, Stream)- Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx Meeting and Event Center, or related meeting platforms- Survey, measurement and analytics tools (e.g. SurveyMonkey, SurveyGizmo, Bananatag)**Our Company**Our people are our biggest asset, they drive our innovation advantage as we strive to offer a flexible and collaborative workplace where they can thrive.
