This role involves leading and developing a team of operators and technicians, ensuring efficient use of resources, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.**Qualifications and Skills**- ** Education**: Degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.- ** Experience**:- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment, with 2+ year in a leadership role.- Proven track record of leading and motivating teams in a fast-paced setting.- ** Technical Skills**:- Knowledge of production and manufacturing processes.- Data Analysis and Reporting- Problem Solving- Process Improvement and Lean Manufacturing- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.- ** Soft Skills**:- Leadership and Team Building: Ability to inspire, guide, and motivate a diverse team to achieve common goals.- Situational leadership and communication skills.- Time Management and Prioritization- Excellent decision-making abilities.- Emotional Intelligence & Conflict Resolution- ** English**:B2**Key Responsibilities**- Shift Management- Quality and Compliance- Health, Safety, and Environment- Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement- Administrative Duties- Team Leadership**Additional Locations**:- Mexico - Nuevo León - Monterrey- Mexico - Nuevo León - Monterrey- Mexico- Mexico - Nuevo León- Mexico - Nuevo León - Monterrey ,- Mexico - Nuevo León - Monterrey
