Una empresa líder en el sector Industrial, está en busca de un profesional altamente capacitado para unirse al equipo como Customer Service. Comprometidos con brindar un servicio excepcional a nuestros clientes, y estamos buscando a alguien que comparta nuestro compromiso y pasión por la excelencia en el servicio al cliente.**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura en Administración, Mercadotecnia o afín.- Nível Intermedio-Avanzado de inglés deseable.- Experiência mínima de 2 años como Customer Service.- Dominio de Microsoft Office.- Experiência en el envío de facturas, elaboración de cotizaciones y el ingreso de facturas en el portal del cliente.- Excelentes habilidades de atención al cliente.- Conocimientos en el manejo del Sistema Aspel.**Responsabilidades**:- Brindar un servicio al cliente excepcional, atendiendo de manera eficaz y oportuna sus consultas yrequerimientos.- Gestionar de manera eficiente el envío de facturas y la elaboración de cotizaciones, asegurando la precisión ypuntualidad de los documentos.- Ingresar facturas correctamente en el portal del cliente, garantizando la correcta visualización y procesamientode los documentos.- Mantener una comunicación fluida y efectiva con los diferentes departamentos internos, para asegurar unacolaboración adecuada y la resolución de problemas de manera eficiente.- Utilizar el Sistema Aspel de manera hábil y eficiente, asegurando la correcta gestión y seguimiento de losregistros de los clientes.Ofrecemos:- Salario mensual de 15,000 netos- Prestaciones de ley 15 días de Aguinaldo, 25% de prima Vacacional y vacaciones según la LFT.- Beneficios adicionales.- Oportunidades de crecimiento y desarrollo profesional.Si eres una persona apasionada por brindar un servicio excepcional al cliente, y cumples con todos los requisitos mencionados, te invitamos a formar parte de nuestro equipo.
