Remote Full Time**Marketing Specialist**We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven MarketingSpecialist to join our team.**About this position****Responsibilities**:Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate quality leads.Conduct market research and analyze data to help shape future marketing strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, product, and operations, to develop and execute marketing campaigns.Manage and optimize marketing campaigns for nurturing or advertising (e.g.mailings,Linkedin Ads and Google Ads).Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, using tools such asGoogle Analytics, Metricool, etc..Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and techniques to identify new opportunities for growth**Requirements**:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.3+ years of experience as marketing specialist or similar role in marketing, with a proven track record of success.Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and data analysis.Well organized and detail oriented.Excellent communication and written skills - Spanish and English.CRM, and analytics tools.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Fintech experience is a plus.If you're a creative problem-solver with a passion for marketing and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you**Job Types**: Full-time, TemporaryContract length: 4 months**Salary**: $10,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
