This position is a hybrid position to work from Guadalajara, Jalisco. You will be working as a consultant directly with clients US Clients. We offer: $30 USD per hour 3 days at office (Providencia, Guadalajara) Title: Field Marketing Specialist Event Planning & Vendor Management: (LATAM) Conduct comprehensive research to identify venues that align with specific event requirements. Establish and maintain direct relationships with vendors to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration. Coordinate with vendors in the pre-event phase to ensure timely and successful event execution. Manage Purchase Order (PO) requests to support smooth logistical operations. Digital Marketing and Operations scope: Create and update landing pages on Swoogo to enhance event marketing initiatives. Lead and compile the digital and social plan for LATAM, in collaboration with FM leaders to ensure consistency with our full in market activites. Capture and curate content during in-person events for pre- and post-event marketing use, highlighting key moments and insights. Create compelling content for LATAM social media channels, as well as for ADEs, to boost engagement and visibility. Oversee content translation from English to Spanish to ensure consistent branding across all content. Provide on-ground operational support to Latam Marketing Manager leader , ensuring smooth execution of marketing activities. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for Mexico, driving regional growth and improving online engagement. Develop and implement Eloqua campaigns to streamline marketing processes and drive operational efficiency. Support with campaign creation on SFDC on MF and OT, includiong full campaign tracking. Master BEACON reporting and waterfall analysis in collaboration with FM leader.
