**Job Title**: Logistics Coordinator**Department**: SCM**Reports To**: Operations Manager**Primary Function (Scope)**:This position is responsible for ensuring that raw material and finished good products are delivered on time, in good condition, and in a cost-effective manner**Essential Functions**:- Ensure that all Export / Import, International and domestic MAWB’s are prepared.- Responsible for reviewing appropriate documentation, labeling and markings as included with each shipment.- Arrange domestics and international shipments by truck to customer on time and accurately.- Responsible for Tracking / Tracing all inbound and outbound shipments to assure the shipping schedule and on time delivery to local and US customers.- Coordinate with freight forwarders & brokers to go through custom clearance procedure.- Monitor and evaluate the performance of brokers, freight forwarders and Import & Export agents- Advise Pickups and Deliveries delays in a timely manner.- Work closely with planning and shipping teams to arrange transportations among different factories, suppliers. and warehouses for production and shipments.- Responsible for monthly reconciliation of imported raw material inventory balances.- Liaise with customer account managers, planning and warehouse to establish and maintain effective and relevant export/import activities.**Qualifications** and Skills**:- Minimum 2 years working experience in import and export or foreign trade- College degree, preferable in International Trade or Logistics- Familiar with ERP systems will be a strong plus for this position- Strong communication skills, self-discipline and proactive
