**Job Description Summary**: The SAP Finance System Analyst will be accountable for executing the Finance and ERP continuous improvement for all the transactional fulfillment ITRs of GAS Power, specifically for the Parts and Repairs Businesses.**Roles and Responsibilities**- Lead the analysis, requirement gathering, development, design, documentation, implementation and maintenance of automated technical and functional solutions to improve business outcomes.- Initiate and agree with the relevant stakeholders and execute constant and standard systems and process improvements generating incremental operational cost savings.- Layout the SAP training strategy and execution to ensure the finance and operation users maximize the system automation and capabilities reducing manual efforts.- Establish an operating rhythm with the finance business stakeholders ensuring KPIs and monthly close objectives are met.- Drive compliance and accountability for the execution of all financial transactions, including the ERP lifecycle, to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.- Support, advise, assist, guide, and resolve problems for business leaders and users- Work closely with IT COE and operational excellence tea to resolve issues, design solutions, and implement processes to enhance the tools- Act as a change agent for business processes- Initiate direct communication with specific customers, clients, suppliers and finance personnel- Prepare and present project plans, status reports, cost / benefit studies and recommend funding and resources**Required Qualifications**- Strong oral and written communication skills.- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.- Demonstrated ability to detect, analyze and resolve problems in isolation and in partnership with the Business.- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.- Established project management skills.- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely related programs from accredited schools- Previous understanding of the SAP ERP capabilities, KPIs and automation opportunities- Knowledge of SAP financial modules related to Project accounting, Sales orders as well as Fulfillments processes and GTM.- Previous experiences in complex migrations is a plus- Work time flexibility during quarter and year end closing**Desired Characteristics**- Proven experience in finance management,- Strong Analytical skills,- Strong communication skills,- Strong leadership skills,- Excellent interpersonal skills,- Excellent English both spoken and written,- Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals,- Compliance oriented,- Proficiency in finance data presentation,- Note:**To comply with US immigration and other legal requirements, it is necessary to specify the minimum number of years' experience required for any role based within the USA.** **For roles outside of the USA, to ensure compliance with applicable legislation, the JDs should focus on the substantive level of experience required for the role and a minimum number of years should NOT be used.****Additional Information**:**Relocation Assistance Provided**:No
