Product and Process Industriallization Engineer

**Tasks**:- Ensure the achievement of product and process industrialization targets according to internal and external customer expectations- Plan and implement investments for project/product specific tooling and devices (e.g. molds, mandrels, jigs, gauges) according to standards- Manage and implement product and process changes in colaboration with internal and external departements.- Performe risk analisys- Update product documentation- Support product specific customer releases (PPAP, e.g. for initial series process or after product or process changes incl. initial sample test report, etc.) according to standards (e.g. trigger matrix)- Responsable for the Industrialization of product and process changes.- Master data creation in SAP- Lead tool / gauge design in colaboration with Tool design.- Performe tool capacity analisys.- Identify and implement product optimization potential (e.g. raw material replacement) in running articles in alignment with central (segment, BU) product development or similar function according to standards- Solve proactively quality issues regarding customer complaints and reject rate (in close cooperation with Quality) according to standards- Identify and implement technical production processes optimization potential regarding quality, efficiency and capability (i.e. process parameters as e.g. extrusion speed, vulcanization time, cutting speed, etc.) according to standards- Ensure accomplishing of PPI KPIs- Ensure product and process industrialization performance (KPI) monitoring and reporting (e.g. regarding cost, lead time, quality of product and process industrialization activities such as ramp-up projects)- Initiate and control measures to improve product and process industrialization performance like SPC Control for the Process designated- Ensure local implementation of central product and process industrialization standards- Provide feedback and input for further development of standards regarding product and process industrialization processes (e.g. definition of production parameters, production flow plans, production control plans and work instructions, etc.)- Support to Production and process in quality issues related to product industrialization- Participates actively in the process of continuous improvement of quality programs, and safety, environmental and health activities (see FRH 000 001 matrix of responsibilities and authority)**Qualifications**:- Technical / Engineering degree; Mechanical, Industrial.- Process, Quality or Manufacturing is a must.- Experience in projects development is desirable.- PPAP, core tools, capacity calculation.- Analitical, determined, effective problem solving- Knowledge of norm ISO TS 16949- Computer Skill (MS office, SAP BOMs)- Advanced English language ( interviews will be in english )- ISO 14001 Standard (Knowledge of Environmental Policy, -Enviroment, Aspeccts and impacts, Environmental management systems and the elements of the ISSO 14001, standarsd tha applies and /or requires to the possition- Ergonomic evaluation**About us**:Continental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
