Objective Work with the business and technical subject matter experts in supporting the Landscape solutions that has been implemented in Mexico with regional, CoC’s, HQ and vendors to provide the best support experience. Develop and implement end-to-end digital solutions, focusing on Sales (Online, offline and direct sale models). This includes analyzing and improving existing business functions and fostering innovation and mindset change in both the IT team and the business area. Day to day (main tasks) Handles IT customer applications incidents and brings them to a resolution. Ensure that the root causes of incidents are being determined and manages the implementation of sustainable solutions. Ensure IT projects are planned, designed, developed and implemented for new, comprehensive and simple services in the areas of Sales. Analyse existing business functions to ensure value is delivered to the business. Maintain active communication with business areas, IT partners, and suppliers to optimize processes and synergies between Sales and IT. Manage SAP SD / MM and FICO administration, shaping business strategies to support the organization's objectives Research and stay updated on the latest information technologies. Advise on how these technologies could be applicable and impact implementation in Sales. Profile Education: Bachelor Degree in engineering system, informatic or similar. Previous experience: 3-5 years in similar positions. Languages: Advanced English. Local contract applies. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.
