The Sales Account Manager is responsible for the maintenance and growth of assigned customers within the HVAC& Appliance market.**Education required**:Bachelor’s degreeEnglish**Experience required**:7+ years industry experience within HVAC, Appliance, Industrial, Process Automation OEMDisplay of good judgement and initiativeStrong initiative, drive & positive attitudeExperience in Managing Projects, NPI, Contracts, Relationship Management at Various levels of OEM, Commercial Issues.**Functions**:Coordinate the support of all assigned customers, gaining new and maintaining existing business with the highest possible, long-term profitability. Manage the Commercial Relationship with the customers.Continually balance time between supporting current business and developing new business.Receive RFQs for business and follow documented procedures to gather the information necessary to provide a quotation to the customer in a timely manner. Work Internally to execute on these NPI in timely manner.Continuously monitor “total customer satisfaction” through formal (scorecards, key performance indicators) and informal means. Communicate issues and areas for improvement internally to allow resolution of issues (quality, delivery, technical support, price)Coordinate and lead regular business reviews with key customers. (QBR)Appropriately handle issues individually or with a small group and raise issues as necessary to management’s attentionWork with supervisor to develop an annual sales plan and to achieve or exceed the sales and profit targets. Prepare regular sales reports and forecast updates as necessaryEngage in activities to enhance profitability i.e. raw material pass through, collection of obsolescence costs, terms compliance, cost reductionsWork closely with Customer’s Purchasing and Engineering Groups but also maintain relationship with other Customer Groups such as Operations, Scheduling, QualityWork collaboratively with technical groups to develop new business opportunities and execute cost take out activities at assigned customers.Aid in the coordination of internal activities to support customer projects. i.e. product development, program management, operations management, customer supportWork with Supervisor and VP of Sales in negotiating customer contracts.Help evaluate and improve the business systems of the Sales Group.Work independently but frequently inform supervisor of activity.Able to work effectively in a home office.Other duties and responsibilities as determined by supervisor**Salary**: $1.00 - $2.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- HVAC, Appliance, Industrial: 7 years (required)**Language**:- Ingles Avanzado (required)
