Join our dynamic team and make your mark on the payments technology landscape of tomorrow.- ** Provide leadership on a team of integration engineers including coaching and reviews**:- ** Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to manage the performance of the team and all integration processes and services**- ** Proactively monitor integration issues and service availability, ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and communication is clear**- ** Provide customers with documentation, example code, direction, and tools**- ** Engage with delivery teams to ensure that new features are documented and supportable**- ** Ensure compliance of all security measures in integration support**- ** Troubleshoot integration and certification environment issues**- ** Collaborate with the certification team to ensure products and services are being utilized properly by all customers and that appropriate tests are included for all certifications**- ** Ensure efficiency by automating manual activities**- ** Continually evaluate tools and technologies**- ** Mentor and train other Integration Engineers and other team members as needed**- ** Bachelor of Science - Information Technology or a related field**- ** 8+ years in customer support and**integrations to production systems**- ** 4+ years of development/scripting experience (Java, C#, Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.)**- ** 2+**years in a senior or leadership role including mentoring, coaching, and training**- ** Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, and other message formats**- ** Experience with API tools such as SoapUI, Blazemeter, or similar**- ** Must have strong deductive reasoning & diagnostic problem-solving skills**- ** Self-motivated, fast learner, willing to go outside of comfort zone and learn new things**- ** Excellent communication skills, both in the written and the verbal form**- ** Experience running queries on databases such as Oracle, MSSQL, or CockroachDB**- ** Knowledge of operating systems and cloud platforms (Linux, Windows, GCP)**- ** Experience with source code and release management (GitHub, TFS, etc.)**- ** Experience with continuous integration build engines (Jenkins, Team City, etc.)**- ** Experience with container technology such as Docker
