- Bachelor of Science - Information Technology or a related field
- 3+ years in customer support and integrations to production systems
- 2+ years of development/scripting experience in C#,.NET, PowerShell, Python, or Bash
- Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, and other message formats
- Experience with API tools such as SoapUI, Blazemeter, or similar
- Must have strong deductive reasoning & diagnostic problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, fast learner, willing to go outside of comfort zone and learn new things
- Excellent communication skills, both in the written and the verbal formExperience running queries on databases such as MSSQL(SQL Server), PostgreSQL, Oracle or CockroachDB.
- Knowledge of operating systems and cloud platforms (Linux, Windows, GCP)
- Experience with source code and release management (GitHub, TFS, etc.)
- Experience with continuous integration build engines (Jenkins, Team City, etc.)
- Experience with container technology such as Docker
- Experience with monitoring for performance and availability (AppDynamics, etc.)
- Experience with Kubernetes services such as Google Kubernetes Engine
