Business Analyst, Offsite Ads

**About the Team**:Our Ads team operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising, surfacing and monetizing relevant content that benefits our core Advertiser and Consumer audiences. On the Ads New Ventures team, our mission is to design, test, launch, and scale new business lines + products to help Advertisers & Consumers thrive on the platform.**About the Role**:We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly-motivated individual to join our Ads New Ventures team as a Business Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams and provide analytical support to track advertiser and business performance. The person in this role will:- Manage sales pipeline tracking- Monitor business performance and impact- Develop client-facing reports that synthesize campaign performance trends and identity optimization opportunities for internal team- Work with 3rd party vendors to streamline reporting and benchmarking process- Partner with the internal Marketing and Data Science teams to build dashboards for internal tracking.**You're excited about this opportunity because you will**:- Build analysis to support data-driven decision-making and improve performance for our advertisers and DoorDash.- Develop deep expertise in data, operating at the lowest level of detail to extract insights.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive impact for DoorDash- Ensure efficiency and accuracy in data analyses.- Communicate effectively to stakeholders and prioritize across multiple projects.**We're excited about you because**:- You have 1-2 years of experience as an analyst or marketer in an advertising agency, ecommerce, consumer brand or tech company- You are able to analyze and synthesize data, make informed decisions and balance quantitative measurement with an empathetic, intuition-based mindset.
