**Job Description Summary**: This position represents an extraordinary opportunity for a passionate, highly motivated, and positive individual to become a member of BD’s Operational Excellence (OPEX) community to accelerate our Labor Productivity initiatives.**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:- Execute programs to equip associates with the necessary CI skills, knowledge, and experience in improving the performance of Value Stream in plant safety, quality, cost, time, and team development.- Strong facilitation skills- strong training skills - to provide Intermediate Lean training.- Strong planning and execution of Kaizen and CI programs- Work with stakeholders to coordinate and execute significant process improvement projects.- Manage plant CI Program - establishment training matrix, plan, execution, and evaluation.- Establish and provide strong CI support in executing kaizen and projects to effectively support Value Stream goals and needs.- Responsible for stakeholder engagement and communication/change management of process development work.- Responsible to manage kaizen projects of his/her own and execute qualifications, if necessary.- Compile, govern and distribute CI reports on resources capability.- Coordinate BD Excellence deployment and implementation.- Ensure open and complete communication with internal customers.- Perform any other tasks as assigned by superior.**Qualifications**:- Demonstrates expertise in problem solving, as well as training and coaching others.- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other bachelor’s degree.- Manufacturing experience / leadership experience in a plant.- 1-3 years of Operational Excellence (OPEX) or Continuous Improvement (CI) experience.- Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills with people at all levels.- Consistent track record in project or program management.- Business acumen and ability to display the linkage between projects and desired business results.- Ability to work independently under general supervision or guidance and good team building skills.- Committed, diligent with excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills.**Primary Work Location**: MEX Reynosa**Additional Locations**:**Work Shift**:
