Descripción y detalle de las actividadesLead Financial activities associated with bringing a new facility online (in Tijuana) and then transition to leading the Site’s Business Unit financial activities by performing the following duties personally or through accounting staff. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1. Maintains, reports on, provides governance on project capital and expenses 2. Collaborates cross functional to ensure the financial readiness at startup 3. Prepares financial statements, other financial analysis and operating reports for complex dual sites located in Tijuana 4. Collaborates closely with Finance Manager who manages shared services (Treasury, audit, tax, government affairs, AP, AR, Payroll, etc.) 5. Prepares special financial and statistical reports, and analyzes unusual items or trends. 6. Prepares the annual and long-range financial plan, and monthly financial forecasts. 7. Provides financial oversight for cost accounting and annual standards setting processes when applicable. 8. Establishes required financial controls and monitors compliance with Finance Manager. Ensures control environment meets the standards of JSOX. 9. Participates as part of Senior Leadership Team supporting General Manager. 10. Oversees product cost development and profit margin analysis. 11. Provides protection and control of company assets. 12. Manages working capital and maintains balance sheet integrity. 13. Supervises and prepares account reconciliations. 14. Approves and assists in preparing capital expenditure requests. 15. Enforces compliance with Policies and Procedures and Limits of Authority. 17.Trains and develops accounting staff. 16. Performs special projects. 17.
