**WE ARE HIRING REMOTE BILINGUAL EXPERIENCED RETENTION AGENTS****REQUIREMENTS**:- 85% English proficiency- Steady wired internet connection- USB Wired headset- Windows 8+ or MAC- Retention experience is a plus**RETENTION AGENT'S RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support and active listening.- Analyzing customer behavior.- Address customer concerns and provide solutions- Educate customers on the value of our services- Provide internal feedback on how to improve client retention- Go into internal professional training.- Communicate and report to your team leader.**RETENTION AGENT'S BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE**:- 90% English proficiency (EF set - C2 or higher)- Fundamental computer skills and PC that meet the minimum technical requirement- Exceptional customer service skills- A hard-wire, noise-canceling headset- Be able to provide a valid and non-expired certificate of good conduct/Police Certificate (International Applicants)- Ability to service with mínimal supervision and consistently keep your scheduled client commitments- 1+ years of retention experience (Desirable).- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.- Empathy and patience.- Strong conflict resolution skills.***:pBXzXoASoe
