At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**Responsibilities**:**Planning Associate Manager****Main Purpose**Coordinate the Planning of the client's order through a dedicated team with chain responsibilities, Plan the purchase orders of the clients in charge looking for an excellent Level of Service as well as comply with the billing and inventory management plans that help improve the cash flow of the company.**Accountabilities**- Ensure customer service levels for whsl and OT channels- Coordination and daily communication with Management teams and Sales Management.- Monitoring and Coordination of compliance with billing plans of all channels.- Attention and visit to customers to define plans for service improvement.- Coordination of the operational teams of Winery and Traffic for the definition of daily loading plans.- Define service priorities in coordination with commercial teams and Customer Care.- Ensure compliance with productivity indicators such as Cubicaje, Rejections, etc.- Weekly review of service indicators.- Continuous feedback with your direct work team- Daily communication with Grupper to ensure warehouse flow- Communication with the central service team to review action plans and cover exhausted.- Punctual follow-up to Advantage customers.- Participate in improvement projects within the value chain.Thank you so much for thinking about PepsiCo to start or continue your careerQualifications:**Education/Requirements**- Engineering or Bachelor's degree completed Industrial or related- Team Management and negotiation skills- 5+ years of experience in Supply chain planning- 100% English spoken/escito.
