**DESCRIPTION**:Works developing strategies for manufacturingprocesses, ensuring correct service and attention in the different processes of production, focused on cost reduction, improving quality in process and products, as well as managing and supporting projects that generate profitability for the company.**RESPONSABILITIES**:Develop efficient manufacturing processes, supporting clients, offering solutions and leading all development improvements to production lines.Generate, coordinate and implement cost reduction projectsTooling Purchase and / or equipment for the plant.Advice and Support production failures through the analysis and problem solving ("Implementation of Six Sigma Methodology for continuous improvement)Determination of capacities of the machine due to models running.Elaboration of routes and processing times.It is responsible for knowing the procedures and Safety Instructions, Health and Environment applicable to the department andManufacturing Principles.Meeting of the requirements stipulated in the procedures and work instructions applicable to the quality assurance system.Analysis of system installation capacity and process, approval of new models and pilot runsDocumenting new processesWorks closely with Design Engineering, Quality, Production, and Sustainability to take the assemblies from initial design through prototype development and into full production.Creation of detailed Manufacturing Instructions to support new processes and equipment**REQUIREMENTS**:Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineeror related.5+ years of experience as a manufacturing engineerworking on mechanical and/or electromechanical systems.Knowledge inBendpro'ssoftware, experience in tube bending machinesCrippa,Wafios, etc. brands.Advanced English -Business conversation**.
