**HEAD OF CUSTOMER****Objetivo del puesto**:Impulsar la visión de consistencia en los estándares de atención al cliente. El soporte es responsable de dar forma y entregar las propuestas de servicio al consumidor de la empresa para impulsar el desempeño general del departamento. Garantiza y monitorea la confiabilidad del pronóstico y la satisfacción del cliente.**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Gerencia de Proyectos, ingeniería o afines.- Más de 5 años de experiência en un puesto similar en el entorno automotriz- Gestión de las relaciones con los clientes- Conocimiento de aplicaciones CRM y ERP.- Pronóstico de la demanda con experiência- Conocimiento de MS Office- Autodesarrollo- Disponibilidad para viajar- Disponibilidad de horarios- Fluido en inglés**Principales Responsabilidades**:- Proveer liderazgo y dirección a todo el Equipo de Servicio al Cliente.- Establecer y supervisar las metas y objetivos del equipo de atención al cliente.- Garantiza que las necesidades del equipo de atención al cliente se prioricen correctamente,- Actuar como tutor del personal clave de atención al cliente ayudando en la ejecución de sus funciones a pedido.- Impulsa los cambios necesarios para la mejora de la eficiencia operativa y organizativa del equipo de atención al cliente.- Supervisar y determinar la dirección y los objetivos estratégicos clave del equipo de servicio al cliente- Apoya la relevancia de los objetivos de fidelización de clientes de la empresa para garantizar que se comuniquen y apliquen correctamente en todo el departamento de ventas.- Gestionar las relaciones tanto internas como externas en nombre del departamento de atención al cliente.**Habilidades**:- Liderazgo- Comunicación efectiva- Inspira a otrosTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $1.00 - $1.10 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Una ubicación
