**Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position**:- Lead the planning and tracking migrating Rally to Jira for the Enterprise Technology organization.- Develop and maintain migration strategy, step-by-step processes, guides, and communications to ensure that the data is migrated accurately, securely, and efficiently. You will work with other members of the Migration team, business members, and customers of the project to assist with the migration.- Coordinate, build, monitor, and maintain a repeatable migration process.- Plan, implement, and monitor migration projects and activities.- Identify and resolve migration issues and provide technical support for the migration process to ensure that it runs smoothly and efficiently.- Conduct Office Hours, Forums, Awareness and Working sessions.- Identify opportunities to improve migration processes and improve the efficiency of handling data.- Take part in continuous improvement Kaizens as and when required.- Innovate and iterate on PM processes and share the learnings.- Actively participate in all team agile ceremonies:- Backlog Refinement/Planning- Stand-ups Retrospectives**Skills**:- Must have excellent planning and communication skills, flexibility to accommodate working across different time zones and sensitivity to cultural and geographical differences.- Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Proficient knowledge and use of Backlog tools, such as Jira and Rally.- Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision-making scenarios.- Knowledge of the Atlassian Platform tools (Jira Software, Jira Service Manager, and Confluence)- Some experience or knowledge of the following:- GitHub, Linux, Python, Shell, Bash, rest API.- Nice to have - Experience in the administration, configuration, development, and support of Jira**Qualifications Required**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in computer science or related disciplines.- 5+ years of project management and agile/scrum experience in IT.- Exposure to Software Development methodologies, Quality Assurance and Security & Control procedures.
