At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.Currently we are looking for our next:**Digital Value Chain Finance Analyst****Which is the main objective of this role?**The finance analyst will be responsible for all processes related to the tracking of all expenses for LatAm DVC projects. This position will track processes such as Planning/Forecasting, reporting, and accounting processes. This resource will be the main point of contact for the business, IT, and Finance to secure correct execution and proper allocation methodology of Opex and Capex expenses among the LatAm countries. The role will assist a total LatAm investment of approximate $35MM USD.This position will interact with Local and Sector Finance FP&A managers, Local and Global procurement, Controllership, HR, Sector BRMs, PMOs other team members as well as other Function budget owners (Selling, MOH, Whs Ops, G&A and Freights, IT). The purpose of this role is to work as a business partner to provide financial support and tracking.**What will you be doing?****Forecasting and Planning of investment projects**a) Finance point of contact for any communication, alignment requests and concerns.- Tracking of expense requisitions and purchase orders- Financial budget targets and variances- Actuals trackingb) Constant communication and alignment with budget owners to develop, analyze and own their financials to secure forecast accuracy, mitigate financial risks and meet business objectives.c) Support for reporting and tracking. Variance and phasing analysis.d) Deliver monthly risk and opps analysis to support financial decision making and mitigate P&L impacts.e) Support in the elaboration AOP, SDD and monthly/Weekly forecasts- Consolidate technology New Runs- Communicate and align with Function budget owners (S&D, MOH, G&A)- Support Zero Based budget analysis if required by business guidelines- Elaborate investment closing report and explanationsf) Secure one set of numbers within Hyperion and SAP. Ensure timely and accurate analysis and report of monthly actuals vs. forecast/plang) Provide support during the elaboration of the CAR documents**Accounting/Actuals**h) Work with accounting financial team to manage the close process to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial information in the systemsi) Work on monthly accruals, review and provide required documentation to ensure that they are still appropriatej) Own the delivery of financial results through structured joint-effort and business partnering with assigned Local Functions and key LatAm stakeholdersk) Request, align, track and secure charges across projectsl) Execute and track projects depreciation reclassifications, P&L reallocations and asset or capital transfersm) Secure monthly capitalization split per region per projectn) Support the project audit processes and deliverablesQualifications:**Who are we looking for?**- Min 1 year experience in Finance Planning/Accounting position or recent Graduate- BA, Economics, Engineer, accounting degree preferred- Analytical and strategic skills needed- Understanding of reporting, accounting, and control processes- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with budget owners and central planning- Fluent business English/Spanish both spoken and writtenOverview (Secondary Language):**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compens
