We’re here to help our colleagues achieve success and offer an inclusive and collaborative culture where your voice is valued.Meetings and Events Finance Support team’s key roles consist of event reconciliation, vendor payment, and card reconciliation supporting the Corporate Meetings and Events Operations teams within the U.S. and Canada markets. The incumbent will support multiple Pharma clients within the North America market being responsible for all finance processes along with adhering to GBT compliance and credit policy.**Key responsibilities include**:Full meeting spend detail reconciliation / invoicing.Budget entries within Cvent and Meetings Central platformsVendor payment processing using PCI guidelines and Move-itMeeting Card reconciliation in NEO1.Supervising the overall financial reconciliation process by supervising AR/AP.Processing Journal Entries within Netsuite.Providing client financial reporting while maintaining the integrity and timeliness of these reconciliations to meet SLA requirements.Driving initiatives within the team, providing support and mentorship to team members.Handling business partner and customer expectations.Overseeing the accuracy of the team’s billing invoice processes and data analysis.A strong emphasis will be on communication, organization, and interpersonal skills as this is a fast paced, results oriented environment that is in constant daily interaction with various groups within and outside the organization.**Key qualifications include**:Bilingual English - Spanish is requiredA minimum of 2 years work experience, understanding of card reconciliation, audit, event reconciliation.Pharma account processes a plusThe individual must possess and demonstrate highly developed analytical skills, be self-driven, balance multiple priorities, and work under pressure with tight deadlines.Working experience and/or proficiency in utilizing Netsuite, Meetings Central, Cvent, NEO1, Excel are preferred.Financial and meeting planning / billing experience as well as previous travel industry experience helpful but not required.Location MexicoClick here to learn more about the benefits we offer in Mexico.The #TeamGBT Experience**Work and life**: Find your happy medium at Amex GBT.Flexible benefits are tailored to each country and start the day you do.
