**Join Our Team as a Customer Support - Patient Care Coordinator**Are you passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our Medical Scheduling Campaign as a Customer Support - Patient Care Coordinator**Interview Dates**: Interviews begin **Thursday, May 12 at 9:00 AM** and end **Tuesday, May 20**, at 10:00 AM.**Training Start Date**: Wednesday, May 28, at 8:00 AM.Location: Onsite at our Zona Rio location inside the DoIt Business Center (Colonia Zona Rio Urbana, Tijuana). Address: José Clemente Orozco 10093.**Requirements**:- Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 7:55 AM to 5:00 PM.- Advanced English skills (speak, read, write, and communicate).- Ability to pass in-house exams and employment background check.- Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM.- Previous experience in medical/dental appointment scheduling or customer support is a huge plus- Must have all Mexican work documents (INE, birth certificate, CURP, RFC, Constancia fiscal, newest electric bill)**What We Offer**:- Full labor benefits from day one.- 30-day probation period contract.- Earn up to **$5,600 pesos** per week* after training (before taxes and including weekly attendance, punctuality and KPI bonuses).- All income is reported - Bonus opportunities: Attendance, punctuality, weekly KPI, and monthly call evaluation bonuses.- **Paid Training**earn up to **$4600mxn** per week during your training period (before taxes)- PTO’s- Monthly Evaluations- Up to a $5,000 mxn hiring bonus (before taxes - further information discussed in interview).- Employee recognition- Continuous development and support- No weekends- Paid Mexican public holidays off or paid at triple time if work* (full details discussed during interview)**Parking**: Unfortunately, we do not offer on-site parking.
