**Req ID**: We are currently seeking a Analytics Admin - Nearshore to join our team in Guadalajara, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX)."Job Duties: Job Description:Department: Analytics & Data SciencePosition Objective:**Responsibilities**:- Design, implement, and integrate information systems into existing systems infrastructure (Snowflake, Matillion, Qlik, AWS, Tableau, Power BI, Informatica MDM, Cognos) to meet the organization's business needs- Lead a team of system administrators who are responsible for installation, configuration, administration, support, and maintenance of systems- Assess the operation's existing resources, determine any changes that may be needed, and make recommendations to execute cost and time saving opportunities- Management of systems infrastructures, implementing best practices to identify and recommend system functional specifications, and configuration of physical and virtual systems- This position will interface with ITS staff at Solar Turbines and with Caterpillar organizations and business partners to ensure IT systems' integrity, reliability, and quality comply with industry architectural standards- Work with the business and vendors to ensure the right trade-offs are made to meet both business process and software requirements- Work with Data / Solution Architects to solve technology & platform related problems and pioneer POCs and suggest solutions- Stay on top of all latest advancements that are relative to Solar Ecosystem and keep bringing innovations.- Should be experienced in creating LTAs for multiple systemsRequired Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field- 5+ years of experience in system architecture and/or system administration- A communicator who utilizes critical thinking skills to know when to inform, lead, and listen to drive our business forward- Experience with data security and data access controls- Expertise in AWS Platform as a Service (PAAS) model and integrations- Have either AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator- Extensive knowledge in firewalls, operating systems, web services, networking, and the cloud- Strong understanding of system architecture principles and best practices- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsDesired Qualifications:- Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field- 10+ years of experience in system architecture and/or system administration- Have either SnowPro Advanced Architect or SnowPro Advanced Administrator- Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, Qlik Replicate, Informatica MDM, Matillion, Power BI, Cognos, and/or Informatica PC.- Experience with Agile development methodologies- Experience with leading and mentoring teamsMinimum Skills Required:"**About NTT DATA****NTT DATA is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants without regarding to race, color, religion, citizenship, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, physical or mental disability, veteran or marital status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
