At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**Join PepsiCo, dare to transform.****Responsibilities**:**Procurement Excellence Manager****Main purpose**The objective is to lead the strategy and execution of the Procurement Excellence agenda in LATAM pursuing excellence, agility and harmonization with digital and procesess enablers.The LATAM Procurement Excellence agenda represents modernization and transformation across 6 core pillars: Supplier Management, Sourcing strategy, Governance & compliance, Knowledge management, performance management & Digital tools, with the following objectives.- Take advantage of supplier's relationships to obtain the greatest benefits, innovation and profitability for the business.- Category center of excellence to deliver medium- and long-term sourcing strategies to boost productivity, risk mitigation and breakthrough.- Ensure compliance with policies that allow us to mitigate risks to the business in our E2E Process.- Keep resources always updated with the necessary knowledge to ensure compliance, ways of working and ensure adoption of best practices.- Track performance to improve deliverables and boost business results.- Best-in-class on digital tools & systems providing better ways of working, visibility and agility wich allow us to have the following benefits:- Integrated strategy based on deep insights and efficiency.- Strengthened relationships, stable supply sources, innovation, & flexible supply chain.- Increase cost avoidance capabilities by reducing risk + Increased brand reputation/customer trust.- Drive Pep+ agenda, reduce carbon footprint and source consumption + diverse suppliers goals achievement.- Reduction of the contract cycle time and value leakage by driving contract compliance, mitigating risk for the business.Accelerated decision making enabling shift to strategic work + better tracking of execution, some examples of what we’ll be able to do in the future:- Create and view end to end, standard category strategies in one place.- Access category & market Intelligence.- Unleash the power of sourcing strategies, reducing time negotiations by formal biddings (e-Auctions & RFPs).- Communicate with all suppliers via single standard suppliers portal.- Single solution to survey and analyse suppliers information.- Get real time alerts on various risks to the business activities across global markets.- Monitor supplier and spend risks live and receive mitigation escenarios.- View progress against diverse supplier goals and identified hel needed to achieving them.- Help legal team to build contracts very efficiently, using a library of templates and template clauses with pre-approved.- Legal language, and get them approved via an automated workflow.- Get an automatically pre-populated contract entry form with information from upstream solutions (supplier management and e-sourcing).Access easily automatically collected, cleansed and enhanced data needed to perform daily work, using it automatically to generate insights to accelerate decision making, finding all needed data from multiple systems in one single place.**Your Impact**As the Procurement Excellence Manager your scope will consist of:- Generation of Data Insights from several tools as (SAP, Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contracts, Celonis, etc.) to generate data in one single tool to manage categories, spend, suppliers, contracts and sourcing strategies.- Assesst procurement excellence maturity and leverage insights.- Analyse data insights and crate dash
