We are excited about the opportunity to work with you and glad you want to be part of a team of talented individuals who together can change the way the world communicates._- Please access _Privacy Notice for Mexico_ for important information on personal data and electronic communications._- Responsibilities and Duties (other duties may be assigned)- Review and assist in the processing of customer ship and debit claims- Manage distribution channel and monitor activity- Partner with Legal, Marketing, and Sales to assist with rebate and royalty accruals- Analyze customer rebate claims to ensure the claims are accurate and in accordance with the contracts; tasks include reviewing claims, processing payments, and calculating monthly accruals- Provide support as needed for the external auditors- Assist in ad-hoc projectsQualifications and Experience- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Accounting- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)- Organizational skills and strong attention to detail- Fluent in EnglishThe above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this job.
